The Republican’s case was dismissed by the Commonwealth Court last February- under the argument that the subpoena request dissolved at the end of the 2020/21 legislative session. An appeal to that decision was dismissed by Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court this week on Wednesday, February 21. Read more.
