The Court of Justice of the European Union (‘CJEU’) issued, on 27 October 2022, its judgment in Case C-129/21 Proximus NV v. Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit. The judgment provides that the request for a preliminary ruling concerned the interpretation of Article 12(2).
