On November 24, 2023, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) published a report entitled ‘Using AI to support people with disability in the labor market.’ In particular, the report highlights concerns that the increased use of artificial intelligence (AI) powered tools in the workplace may exacerbate challenges faced by people with disabilities.
