Nebraska Enacts Broad Data Protection Law Applicable to Businesses Collecting Any Personal Data About Nebraska Consumers

At the end of April, Nebraska—by passing the Nebraska Data Privacy Act—joined an ever-growing list of U.S. states with omnibus data protection laws in place applicable.
