The Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) published, on August 21, 2023, its decision in Proceeding No. PS-00312-2023, in which it imposed a fine of €50,000, subsequently reduced to €30,000, on Atresmedia Corporación De Medios De Comunicación, S.A., for violation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), following a complaint.
